BEFORE we talk about this gorgeous house...Let's address the elephant on the road. We had some feedback stating concern over the property across the street. That having been said, the property is well cared for and the community is made up mostly of elderly folks who have been the best of neighbors to my Sellers. They are leaving behind some friends there and hate to leave them, but their own needs have changed are therefore need to purchase elsewhere. I would suggest we not judge a book by its cover and choose this wonderful house to make your own. Now back to our program...
